The worst experience at a Starbucks in a long time. There’s no sense of hospitality when an order is messed up. I’m not sure if the lady was told to speak louder before but she was definitely screeching at us at the drive through window. I understand over the speaker but you’re serving coffee. People do not want to be yelled at before their coffee.
I love this location! Decent patio, lovely inside, and they are so nice! My 4 kids and I homeschool for an hour or two here every week and I’ve notice they go above and beyond at this store! Extra clean bathrooms and they have come around with coloring sheets or asked if we need water. I spend time at multiple Starbucks locations and I’ve never been offered those things!
Everyone is so great when I come in. Coworkers ask for coffe every morning adn I pass by on my way to work. When I pull up, it's just like talking to friends. Everyone is so friendly! 10/10 reccomend
